Mark A. King, D.C. is an honors graduate of Florida Southern College and a 1986 cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta Georgia. Dr. King opened the Mt. Lookout Chiropractic and Sports Injury Center with his wife, Dr. Donna Moloney, in February, 1987. Together, they run a large, four-doctor clinic in Cincinnati, Ohio. He is past president of the Southwestern Ohio Chiropractic Association and a member of the following: ACA, Ohio State Chiropractic Association, Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, and Mayfield Spine Institute. Dr. King is on the post-graduate faculty of National University Health Sciences and Northwestern Health Science University. Dr. King became the third President of the Motion Palpation Institute in 2001 and continues in that capacity. He has been an instructor for Motion Palpation Institute since 1994. He has co-authored a case presentation for JMPT on cervical spine instability following a traumatic automobile accident. He has written extensively for Dynamic Chiropractic. For MPI, Dr. King teaches the two spine classes and the extremity class along with the MPI practice management class. He also teaches the three Functional Assessment and Treatment classes including the full spine class, the cervical/upper extremity class, and the lumbopelvic/lower extremity class.

Terry Elder, DC graduated sum cum laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1987. He maintained a private practice in Kansas prior to his current faculty position at National University of Health Sciences where he has been an instructor within the Chiropractic Practice Department for ten years. Dr. Elder enjoys teaching and has developed an integrated chiropractic-teaching model currently at use in the chiropractic technique classes at National University of Health Sciences. He serves on the faculty of the National University of Health Sciences of Postgraduate Education and has been a National Board of Examiners Part lV committee member for the past six years. He maintains a faculty practice at the National University of Health Sciences Lombard Clinic. Dr. Elder has also been an instructor with the Motion Palpation Institute for 15 years and primarily teaches MPI courses in S1-Low Back & Pelvis and S2- Cervical and Thoracic Spine.

Dr. Seaman graduated from New York College of Chiropractic and subsequently received an MS in biology/nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Chiropractic Neurology and a member of the postgraduate faculty for several chiropractic colleges. He is also an instructor and vice-president for the Motion Palpation Institute.

For the past 10 years, Dr. Seaman has written and lectured about the neurology of subluxation complex, and how it is influenced by the adjustment, exercise and nutrition.

Dr. Seaman has published articles in JMPT, Chiropractic Technique, Journal of Chiropractic Humanities, and the Journal of Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. He has also written a text entitled Clinical Nutrition: For Pain, Inflammation, and Tissue Healing, which is now used at several chiropractic colleges.

Dr. Seaman has lectured all over the United States. Students and doctors who attend his neurology and nutrition seminars routinely state the he makes these complex areas easy to understand and apply. Joel D. Johnston, DC Joel Johnston, DC is a 2000 graduate of Northwestern Heath Sciences University. In the fall of 2000, Dr. Johnston, created the three Functional Assessment and Treatment classes. Since then, Dr. Johnston has spent much of his time traveling around the United States, Europe and Canada both lecturing on, and pursuing advanced course work in biomechanics and rehabilitation. Dr. Johnston maintains post-graduate faculty status at the National University of Health Sciences and Northwestern Health Sciences University. He is also a guest lecturer at Miami University in the zoology department. Dr. Johnston maintains a full time practice in Oxford, Ohio. Eric W. Eiselt, DC graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1995. He was the founder and lead instructor of the Motion Palpation Club at Northwestern College of Chiropractic. He has a large practice in a multi-doctor office.

Jeff Rich Dr. Jeff Rich graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1996, Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian of his class. Following the DC program, he entered a 3-year, full-time radiology residency and passed the board exam August of 1998. He accepted a full-time faculty appointment as an assistant professor in clinical sciences. At Northwestern, Dr. Rich helped to grow a successful radiology consultation practice, treated patients in the University Health Service, taught radiology, methods, and clinical sciences courses, and was a post-graduate lecturer in the continuing education department. Academic honors include teacher of the year in 1999. Recently, he accepted a position as the Director of Diagnostic Imaging at National University of Health Sciences where he directs the radiology residency program and National’s MRI Center. Dr. Rich lectures extensively to doctors of chiropractic utilizing a case study approach to teach how principles of imaging can impact clinical practice.

Corey Campbell, DC earned his undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Chadron State College where he was a two-time Academic All-American in football. He graduated cum laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City in 2003. Dr. Campbell served as president and instructor of Motion Palpation and Movement Systems while at CCC. He was also guest lecturer for many chiropractic college classes including Biomechanics, Extremity fundamentals, and Chiropractic Assessment.

In 2003 Dr. Campbell and his partner Dr. Bo Bryson co-founded Trinity Chiropractic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center in Lincoln, Nebraska where he was co-owner and physician for 2 1/2 years. In 2006 Dr. Campbell took a position as staff chiropractor with the Nebraska Spine Center, LLP in Omaha NE; making him one of the first chiropractors in a specialized multidisciplinary facility in Nebraska. The Nebraska Spine Center is a multidisciplinary orthopedic facility that is one of only 28 facilities in the US that specializes in the spine and complicated spinal problems, as well as a dedication to spinal research. Dr. Campbell works closely with orthopedic surgeons, physiatrists, and physical therapists to provide a unique comprehensive patient-oriented service for his patients.

Dr Campbell has co-authored one book and one published paper. The book, Movement, Stability, and Life, is an informative book for both patients and physicians that explains a holistic, active care approach to healthcare. Dr. Campbell co-authored a case study on the treatment of cervical dystonia which he presented in Scotland, UK in November, 2005 and is published in Manual Therapy. Along with this Dr. Campbell is post-graduate faculty for National University of Health Sciences and has done CEU lectures for his state association as well as other disciplines in the area.

Dr. Campbell is currently completing the Chiropractic Rehabilitation Diplomate program. Through this program he recently had the opportunity to train with the "Father of Manual Therapy," Professor Karel Lewitt M.D. and Pavel Kolar, PT in the Czech Republic.

He hopes that his love for teaching and patient care inspires and motivates students and doctors alike to seek a clinically integrated approach to chiropractic care.

Warren Hammer, a graduate of Lincoln Chiropractic College, has been in practice in Norwalk, Connecticut since 1959. For the past 25 years, Dr. Hammer blends a keen interest in soft-tissue methods of healing with his expertise in spinal adjusting. He has studied numerous soft-tissue methods and applies them to the practice of chiropractic.

Brett Winchester Brett Winchester owns and operates Winchester Chiropractic located in Moscow Mills, Mo., northwest of St. Louis. Offering comprehensive care with tailored treatment programs integrating joint and soft-tissue manipulation, rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises, Dr. Winchester helps his patients maximize their performance levels while minimizing the risk of recurring injuries. Steven W. King Dr. Steve W. King, a licensed chiropractic physician, graduated cum laude from Life Chiropractic College in December of 1996. To enhance his practice, he has attended over 40 educational seminars designed to provide the latest training available in spinal and extremity biomechanics and chiropractic technique. He treats a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. He practices at Mt. Lookout Chiropractic & Sports Injury Center in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As an athlete, he brings a unique perspective to the treatment of sports injuries. He has completed five marathons and participated in several triathalons. He works with many professional athletes and elite runners to treat and prevent injury, as well as enhance performance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to his chiropractic career, he worked as a shuttle thermal protection systems engineer with Lockheed Space Operations at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

He has published a paper in the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics titled, “Missed Cervical Spine Fracture/Dislocations: The Importance of Clinical and Radiographic Assessment.”

Anthony E. Sramek Tony Sramek, D.C. is a 1994 graduate from Fort Hays State University, Hays, KS with a degree in Germanic Languages. He is a 2000 graduate from Northwestern College of Chiropractic, Minneapolis, MN. He has also served as Motion Palpation Institute Representative and NWCC Club Officer since 1998. Ronald Fudala Dr. Fudala graduated from The National College of Chiropractic, Cum Laude, Salutatorian, in April 1987. He received his Chiropractic Neurology Diplomate and Certificate of Competency in Electrodiagnostic testing in 1993, shortly after which, he developed and maintained a private consulting practice in Cincinnati, OH. For the last 5 years, Dr. Fudala has provided consulting services with the neurosurgical department of Riverhills Healthcare, a large multi-physician specialty practice consisting of 4 neurosurgeons, 14 neurologists, and an interventional pain management neurologist. His responsibilities include the initial evaluation and triage of patients referred in for surgical consultation, electrodiagnostic testing, and the direction of conservative care for those patients not desiring, or not indicated for surgery. Having a special interest in spinal and peripheral neurology and pain, Dr. Fudala draws on his clinical experience and exposure to a wide variety of neurologic disorders to provide lectures that are both clinically relevant and academically stimulating.
