- Soft tissue techniques for chronic problems.
- Post facilitation stretch
- Deep myofascial release
- Friction massage
- Graston Technique®
- Evaluation of spinal fascia & treatment using soft tissue methods.
- Evaluation of the shoulder
- Cyriax based evaluation
- Evaluation of the scapula
- Treatment of common conditions
- Impingement syndrome
- Adhesive capsulitis
- Shoulder rehabilitation
- Evaluation & treatment of common elbow & wrist conditions.
- Epicondylopathy/tendinosis
- Carpal tunnel
- Entrapments
- Evaluation & treatment of common hip conditions.
- Chronic trochanteric bursitis.
- Restrictive tissue problems: external hip rotators, ITB syndrome, quadriceps, adductors, hamstrings.
- Evaluation & treatment of soft tissue problems of the knee, leg & foot.
- Patellofemoral, coronary ligament, patella tendinosis.
- Shin splints, chronic ankle sprain, Achilles tendinosis, plantar fascitis.
