This twelve-hour program will cover how to integrate exercise into the management of lumbar and cervical spine disc issues. This program will be centered around identifying a patient’s movement sensitivity then implementing exercises for those sensitivities. All exercises that will be taught will be able to be modified for each patient’s individual pain presentation and exam findings.

By the end of the program, the attendee will be able to:

• Understand the theory of lumbar and cervical spine disc injury mechanisms.
• Understand biomechanical implications of different core exercises.
• Understand the impact anatomical variations play in choosing rehabilitation exercises for lumbar and cervical spine disc patients.
• Understand how to manage painful lumbar and cervical spine disc patients with exercise by using a kinetic chain approach.

Cancellation Fee - Cancellation fee is $35.00 with written notification to MPI required.
