I am retiring and looking for someone to buy or take over my practice. I've been at my current location for 12 years and have practiced in Fort Collins for 40 years, including time at three medical clinics.

My practice is primarily cash-based, and I accept traditional Medicare only, not Medicare Advantage plans. I have an excellent rented office space, so there is no building involved in the sale.

I'm located along Colorado's Front Range in a town with wonderful amenities and great access to outdoor recreation. I think this would be an excellent opportunity for a new or newer doctor who uses motion palpation, works on extremities, takes a thorough history, and rechecks their work.

I'm not looking for a lot of money, but rather someone who would be a good fit for the practice. I'll help with the transition in any way I can.
